I made a short notice, same day request. They got back to me over the phone to sort out what I needed to try to save me some money. In the end we worked out a price we agreed on, they got here in a timely manner. Their tech Will was straight to the point, knew what to ask, explained what he could do and could not do, and possible pitfalls he could encounter. Will did an outstanding job with what i needed with very minimal removal of the walls, in other words, he didn’t rip out my walls to make the job easy for him; he carefully removed only the bare minimum to get the job done.
